FAQ about Billing Information

Common questions about payments, invoices, and billing on Fanlock.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

When am I charged?

You're charged immediately when you first subscribe. After that, you're charged on the same date each month (or year, for annual plans).

My payment failed. What happens now?

We'll email you about the failed payment. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method in Settings → Billing. If the issue isn't resolved, your subscription may be paused.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

We don't currently accept cryptocurrency payments. We accept cards and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe, a leading payment processor, to handle all payment information. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Invoices & Receipts

How do I get an invoice?

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment History. Click on any payment to view or download the invoice.

Can I get invoices for all my past payments?

Yes. Your entire payment history is available in Settings → Billing. You can download individual invoices for each payment.

I need a special invoice format for my business. Can you help?

Contact support@fanlock.com with your requirements. We'll do our best to accommodate business invoice needs.

I didn't receive my receipt email. Where is it?

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, you can download the invoice directly from Settings → Billing → Payment History. You can also contact support to have it resent.

Billing Cycle

Can I change from monthly to yearly billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20%. Contact support@fanlock.com to switch, or select annual billing when your current period ends.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly pricing?

Annual plans cost 20% less than monthly. For example, Pro is $99/month monthly, but only $79/month ($948/year) when billed annually.

When does my billing cycle renew?

Your subscription renews on the same date each month (or year). You can see your next billing date in Settings → Billing.

Updating Payment Info

How do I update my credit card?

Go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method. Enter your new card details and save.

I want to switch from card to PayPal. How?

Go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method. Select PayPal and follow the prompts to connect your account.

My card is expiring soon. Do I need to do anything?

Yes, update your payment method before your card expires to avoid payment failures. Go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method.
