How do I track my takedown results?

Every creator gets access to a dashboard where you can see everything in one place: your detection results, active leaks, takedowns in progress, and completed removals. The dashboard updates as we work, so you always have a clear picture of what's happening with your content protection. What information does the dashboard show? Your dashboard gives you visibility into: - The total number of leaks detected across all platforms - Which specific sites and platforms your content was found on - The status of each takedown (submitted, in progress, completed, escalated) - How many successful removals and delistings have been completed - A history of all actions taken on your behalf

What kind of results can I expect?

Results depend on your plan level and the volume of leaks, but creators regularly see hundreds to thousands of successful takedowns and delistings. The speed of results varies by platform. Some sites comply within hours, while others require our full escalation process. What sets Fanlock apart is that we don't stop after the first notice. We keep pushing through all four escalation tiers until the content is removed.

How often are scans run?

Scan frequency depends on your plan: - DIY (Free): One scan when you sign up. - Basic: Google scanning refreshed every 48 hours. - Pro: Google, Bing, and Yahoo refreshed every 24 hours, plus social media monitoring. - Max: Search scanning every 3 hours across all platforms, including Telegram. Higher frequency means new leaks are caught faster, which is especially important for active creators who post regularly.

Will I know which sites are the biggest problem?

Yes. Your dashboard breaks down detections by source, so you can see exactly which platforms and sites are responsible for the most leaks. This also helps you understand where your content is most at risk.

What happens if new leaks appear after my content has been taken down?

Our scans are ongoing, so if content gets re-uploaded or new leaks appear, we detect them and initiate takedowns automatically. This is especially important on platforms like Telegram and piracy forums where content tends to get reshared repeatedly.

Can you guarantee 100% removal?

No honest service can promise that every single piece of content will come down, because some sites operate from jurisdictions that ignore the law. What we can show is results: we maintain a 97.5% removal rate on Google, verifiable in Google's Transparency Report, and we keep escalating until the content is gone.
